For many people, Winter is a time of cold weather and snow – and many fun outdoor activities that can only be enjoyed during those times! What’s YOUR favorite activity in Winter, and is it even outdoors??

This is a tough one for me because I hate the cold and snow.  I generally don’t do anything during the winter except dream of the summer and wish it was 80 degrees and sunny outside.  I do like to bake and that is something I don’t do in the warm weather.  I like to make gingerbread cookies for Christmas and bring them to each parents.  I’ll be trying blueberry scones this week, too.  I’ve never made scones.  I saw a chocolate cake that has peppermint ice cream inbetween the layers that I’d love to make some day.  I like to watch movies, anime series and dvds.  My fiance recently put me on his Netflix, so I get one movie about a week now.  I’ve been watching some of the Buffy and Simpsons dvds I got last Christmas.
