Day 144 (5/24)

Went to Chan’s for Chinese food. It was saturday and there was a band playing for Eggrolls and Jazz in the next room so I could not hear my cellphone ring. When we got home and that’s when we got the news about reception venue #1.
Day 145 (5/25)

Went to Colt State with Phan and Sean to go over flower stuff. They are the wife and husband of Glimpse of Gaia, our florists. Turns out Stephanie once had an apartment in my cousin Adam’s building and worked at Whole Foods when my dad worked there! Small world.
Day 146 (5/26)

Derrick and Nicki had a Memorial Day cookout. Missie made this yummy salad. The purple flower is a chive blossom.
Day 147 (5/27)

I really don’t know what they were doing besides cutting a square into the street and then paving back over it.

The Chan’s sign looks groovy. Kinda sad, just a little ominous.
I looka-likea fatty compared to the vegatarian duo.
I dig the tomato picture. With the scallion flower, it looks very cook-book worthy. Those flowers were nummy.
They found Jimmy Hoffa; they were pleased just with finding him, so they buried him again so that future generations could have the thrill of finding him all over again. It’s responsible archaeology.

Wait, Adam is your cousin?? Damn right, small world!!
Adam goes out with a girl I work with (as his house was THE whole foods house for awhile, lol, & i know of more people who have lived there) whom my brother is very close to, & who is/was best friend’s with his girlfriend who also lived there. SO WEIRD! Did you know that the movie Tell-Tale filmed in his house?

Yes, I knew about the filming of the movie. I drove by one day and saw movie stuff going on. Adam is Ellie’s brother.
