I got this recipe a few years ago at the farmer’s market here in Woonsocket. It’s from URI’s culinary program. I was never a big fan of hummus, because of the tahini. This recipe does not use any! So for those who do not like tahini, but want to enjoy hummus, you can! Harry likes garlic, so we usually add a little more than the recipe suggests. If you use mint, I suggest adding another herb or spice to it. I feel by itself is not enough, but with parsley for example, it’s just right. Enjoy!
