Late Winter in the Woods

The temps are slowly rising, snow is melting and I feel like I’m coming out of hibernation. I went on my first real walk of the year. It felt so good to get out and moving and not be bogged down by a ton of layers or snow to contend with.

It is very pretty where you live, Sarah. I like the winding roads and the woods and the water. It does look like Spring might finally arrive. I can’t wait for warmer, more cheerful weather.

At least daylight savings time will start this coming weekend and it will stay light longer in the evening. That just makes everything seem more cheerful, too.

Cole seems to be settling right in. He looks cute without a tail!

Thanks Sammie! There are lots of pretty areas, but also lots of industrial areas with old mill buildings (like the city were we live). I can not even imagine Cole with a tail. He just seems natural sans tail. :)
