Yeah, that’s right. Cranberry Brie Grilled Cheese. It’s as amazing as it sounds! A friend had pinned it last week and I quickly followed. I loved it so much I had is Saturday and Sunday. What a great way to use up left over cranberry sauce from Thanksgiving!
I made mine with flax-quinoa bread (from WF), Dijon mustard, the cranberry sauce I made for Turkey Day, and some leftover Fromager d’Affinois (also from Turkey Day).
