Hello, dear readers! It’s been awhile since I had a Sunday brunch post, so I thought I’d share what we had this past Sunday.
Eggs over easy with nice runny yolks and a cup of tea round out the meal.
The scones are a little more dry, so like scones traditionally are, but still a little moist. I kept saying “You know what these need? Corn.” Which would make them just like the bacon griddlecakes that we love. We’ve decided that if we do them again to omit the bacon all together or substitute ham (and maybe throw some corn in).
