Oatmeal. I have it most days. I change-up what I put in it. I can’t remember when it was suggested to me that I try an egg in it. OMG! It’s like the best, ever! This day I had it as my first meal (which was actually around noon time since I was not hungry when I got up). I went to swim laps after I ate. I was still feeling full after swimming about eight laps! This has oatmeal, blueberries, an over medium egg, mild cheddar, a scallion and s&p. I highly suggest you try it! I am re-reading Lake Wobegon Days.
