Pink Cake

I made a pink cake! I had made it for Easter at my mom’s. It was really fun. Everyone raved about it. I’d totally make it again. Next time I would add more gel to make the colour more intense. Tip for adding gel colour, lightly dip/brush a toothpick into batter/icing. I learned that the hard way and ended up with bright pink-red index finger and thumb for a few days. I also need to work on my icing skills. Mary Berry would not be pleased.
